Customer Issue: Mr. Blair realized that one of his garage door springs had broken and his door wouldn’t move, so he contacted us to have it safely taken care of.
Our Solution: We found that Mr. Blair’s assessment had been correct, and one of the torsion garage door springs had indeed broken. After disconnecting the opener, our team released the tension to remove the spring parts. We installed a new torsion spring and restored the tension so that the balance could be thoroughly tested.

Customer Issue: The customer needed her new garage door installed by professionals.
Our Solution: Mrs. Harrington had already purchased her new Windsor Model 730 garage door, so our professionals got to work removing the original door from the system. The Windsor door was then installed and tested thoroughly so the customer could rest assured it was working perfectly.

Customer Issue: The belt drive opener trolley got stuck on its track, making the door unable to fully open or close.
Our Solution: An examination of the drive system showed that the tracks were warped, and one of the trolley’s parts had been damaged by them. The track was repaired on location, and a new trolley from Genie took the place of the old one, solving the issue.

Customer Issue: Needed a garage door track replaced.
Our Solution: Our technician took Ms. Gibson' door down and installed a new section of track. He then aligned the door and made sure that it was working properly.

Customer Issue: Needed to have a broken cable replaced.
Our Solution:  We removed Mr. Fisher's old cable and replaced it with a new stronger version and then made sure the door was operating properly before leaving.

Customer Issue: Ms. Woods asked us to install a new garage door.
Our Solution:  After showing her several models, Ms. Woods decided on a Clopay insulated walnut door model GR2SU_WO_WIA2. We ordered and then installed the door with a Chamberlain opener when it arrived.
